What We Do
Heritage Legal Protection (“Heritage”) is a legal expense company licensed by the State of Mississippi, which provides members with legal advice and representation at a discounted rate on various types of services, including divorce and family law matters, wills and estates, bankruptcy and debt related matters, landlord-tenant and real estate matters, traffic tickets, criminal law matters, DUI, DWI, property damage, personal injury and other legal matters.
When issues arise where legal representation becomes necessary, members have access to a network of participating attorneys in the State of Mississippi.
Heritage pays the attorney directly for all covered expenses.
We offer legal protection to individuals and families for the affordable price of $ 17.95 per month.
Benefits of Membership
Heritage Legal Protection provides members with legal assistance in various areas of law including adoption, family law matters, personal injury, bankruptcy and debt related matters, criminal defense, among others.
Coverage is provided for the Member and their Family starting at $ 17.95 per month plus a one-time enrollment fee of $ 25.00.
There is a 90-day waiting period or pre-existing conditions for most benefits. Some benefits have a higher waiting period than others. Members should consult their policies as limitations and exclusions apply.

Who is Covered?
Coverage is provided for the Member and their Family for the affordable price of $ 17.95 per month.
Specifically, the following people are covered:
- Member and Member’s spouse;
- Unmarried dependent children Member or Member’s spouse under 21 years of age;
- Children under 18 years of age for whom Member is the legal guardian;
- Unmarried dependent children of Member or Member’s spouse under 23 years of age who are full time students;
- Dependent children incapable of sustaining employment by reason of mental or physical disability;
- Natural or Adopted children of Member or Member’s Spouse.
