Submitting a claim is simple and attorneys are paid according to a reasonable fee schedule.  In addition, attorneys have the option of selecting the areas of law they want to practice.

Attorney Selection and Requirements

To join our network of participating attorneys, you must meet the following requirements:

1.  Be licensed to practice and be in good standing with the Mississippi Bar

2.  Maintain a physical office space in the State of Mississippi

3.  Maintain malpractice insurance coverage
